An update on the status of Fundraising

(A message from the former fundraising coordinator)
With the closure of Spring Creek Elementary School, the fundraising programs that we have been involved with will obviously cease.

Even though we are unable to continue with these programs, I will still be collecting soup labels, box tops and receipts from those who wish to turn them in.  If desired, you may designate a different school that you feel is needing or deserving, and I will forward these items on to that school.

I would like to offer a very heart-felt thank you to everyone who participated in our fundraising programs.  Even though we were a "little country school", we did some amazing things.  Our fundraising rivaled schools much larger than ours and I believe that shows the content of our character and depths of our hearts.  Again, thank you for all of your hard work.  Our kids are very lucky.

2011-2012 was awesome...let's keep it going!

posted Sep 2, 2012 6:36 PM by Spring Creek

The 2011-2012 school year was an awesome year for fundraising.  With your help, we were able to collect about 1500 Box Tops, 7,800 Campbell's Labels Points, 600 Our Family bar-codes, and $60,000 in Family Thrift Center Receipts.  These are amazing totals!!

Our gal for this year is to beat last year's totals and make this the best year at Spring Creek yet.  Here is a list of what we are collecting:

>Labels for Education (Campbell's Soup Labels)-don't forget we need the bar-code.
>Box Tops for Education-don't forget about the e-Box Tops too!
>Labels for Learning (Our Family/Family Thrift Center)-any bar-code from an Our Family product.
>Support Our Schools-save all of your receipts from Family Thrift Center.
>Tyson Chicken's Project A+-Clip and save the entire Project A+ label.
>Save Five for Schools (Land O' Lakes)-turn in your clean milk tops!

If you find a fundraiser that you think might benefit our school, please share it with us!  All items collected can be dropped off at Spring Creek School (there is a collection box on the door of the storage shed in front of the school), or given to a student, parent, teacher, or friend of the school.  You can also contact the coordinator for these programs, Melissa Whitney, via email at MamaMel143@yahoo.com or by phone at 255-4545.

Thank you for all of your support and let's keep it rolling!!

Together we can work to make a difference in the education of our children.  It’s easy; just save UPC barcodes for cash.

Save the barcodes from and Our Family products that you purchase.  Our school will earn $25.00 in cash for each bundle of 500 UPC barcodes sent in.

Please also save all of your receipts from Family Thrift Center and turn them into the school.  When we collect a total of $150,000 in receipts, Family Thrift Center’s corporate office will send us $1,000.  Any receipt with any date from Family Thrift Center is acceptable.
